Grandma got run over by Obamacare
While waiting for the move to eternity
We know that we cannot live forever
But now they expect us all to go early

It all began with a little bump on her knee
Then she slipped and bruised her elbow
They all said she was too far gone
We all knew it was not her time to go

Then they rushed her off to Hospice
Where she could die with some dignity
We all wish we could help her
Trouble is that there’s just no money

Grandma got run over by Obamacare
While waiting for the move to eternity
We know that we cannot live forever
But now they expect us all to go early

Now were all so proud of Grandpa
He's been takin' this so well
See him in there watchin' football
Drinkin' beer and playin' cards with cousin Belle

It’s not the same without Grandma
All the family's dressed in black
And we just can't help but wonder
Who here will have the next heart attack.

Now we’ve all said goodbye to our Grandma
And grandpa now knows his time is coming
Where he too will soon meet his fate
It’s a good thing that we’ve got him numbing

I've warned all my friends and neighbors
Better watch out for yourselves
Never vote for Barackonomics
Where they keep the best health care for themselves
